Our Managing Partner Raymond Berg

Raymond Berg has been investing in real estate since 2017. During that time, he has focused on buy-and-hold rentals, private lending, passive investing through real estate syndications, and active multifamily investing. Ray is an engineer by training but a real estate entrepreneur by passion. While an engineer, he was responsible for the design and construction of millions of dollars of infrastructure contracts and was the recipient of his employer's Employee of the Year award in 2018, rising to the top of the organization of 1800 people. He and his wife reside in Washington State and have five grown children in 3 states.
